Our building size is 8×5 feet. Although 100% mobile, it’s called a building because you can remove the wheels, drop it on site and lock it down with all equipment inside within minutes. The Lakeside Snowie Building is a completely enclosed structure. It’s ultra-modern, portable building is designed with both form and function in mind. It has a full, self-contained water system including a 3-basin utility sink, 5” h​and-washing sink, instant hot water heater and other features including a 22 gallon ‘gray’ water tank. The interior is designed to help us serve our customers efficiently as well. The Mar-Guard Lexan® glass is in a blue tint to help reduce the heat inside the building from the sun rays.  The building is a completely enclosed structure and therefore sports an RV style air conditioner to stay plenty cool on those hot days.
